Lane5 subscriptions are sold by Lane5. All sales are final: we do not refund subscription payments, including for partial periods or unused time. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free tier. Your saved setups, tracks and race history are not deleted, though free-tier storage limits will then apply.
Pro and Champion have no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe, and the no-refund policy above applies to that payment. The Free plan never expires, so please use it to decide before you subscribe.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. In particular, consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where that right applies and has not been validly waived, it is honoured regardless of the policy above. Our payment provider handles such requests as merchant of record.
The no-refund policy covers change of mind. It does not cover mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged the wrong amount, or charged on an account you did not authorise, contact us and we will have it put right.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and, where a refund is due, the refund itself. Your card statement will show Paddle rather than Lane5.

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated version is published, and the date at the top of this page will change.
