Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Your plan keeps running to the end of the month you've paid for.
The checkout shows my next payment a month from today. Which date is right?
The checkout counts its dates from today. Right after you pay, we move your next payment to November 30, at no extra cost. That payment and the one on December 30 are half price too. From January 30 you pay the normal price.
What if I don't subscribe?
You keep every Champion feature free until paid plans start. Then your account moves to the Free plan (5 simulations a day). You can still subscribe until November 30 and pay half price for your first 3 months.
Is anything deleted?
No. Your saved setups and tracks stay on your account.
How is payment handled?
Payments go through Paddle, our payment partner, so your bank statement shows the charge from Paddle.net. We never receive or store your card number, only your plan and billing period.
