When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use the simulator, we collect anonymous usage data such as simulation parameters and track layouts to improve the service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Your data is used to provide and improve the Lane5 service, including saving your setups and tracks to the cloud, providing personalized setup recommendations, and analyzing aggregate usage patterns.
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and locale preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Google OAuth for optional sign-in, Sentry for error tracking, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
